libbiococoa-dev software package provides Bioinformatics framework for GNUstep and Cocoa (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbiococoa-dev
libbiococoa-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbiococoa-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbiococoa-dev *
You will get with libbiococoa-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
